• Payment may be made either by cheque or in cash

• 48 hours notice of cancellation is required or payment may be charged for the missed session. Sessions may be rearranged by mutual agreement

In an emergency a client may make contact by telephone. Conversations lasting longer than 5 minutes may incur a charge
